Terms of Use

Last Updated:

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Teachers' Power application (the "Service") operated by us. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

1. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm the Service or impair anyone else's use of it. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when you create an account and when you use the Service. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

2. No Emergency Service Replacement

The Service is a record-keeping tool. It is not a substitute for emergency services. In the event of an emergency, you must contact your local emergency services (e.g., by calling 911 in the United States and Canada) or follow your employer's established emergency procedures. Do not rely on this application for emergency assistance.

3. User Responsibility for Accuracy and Compliance

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you submit through the Service. You are also responsible for understanding and complying with your employer's and/or union's specific policies and procedures for reporting overtime and workplace incidents. This tool is intended to support your personal record-keeping and does not replace any official reporting channels required by your employer or by law.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Rohit Rabadiya and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Teachers' Power, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

6. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance. We do not guarantee outcomes from the use of this service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms of Use on this page.
